Our 20th Anniversary!!!
Our next event will be held on April 13-16, 2012 and will once again be held at the Canyon Club Hotel. The Big Bash is a celebration of big men, bears, and the men who love them. This is our 20th year. We looked at all the other events that happen in that time frame and selected these dates. This will not conflict with the White Party, the Dinah Shore Weekend, Easter or Coachellafest. Check out the hotel's website.
Friday night's Welcoming Party at Hunter's will be followed by Movie Night. Settle in with popcorn, candy, and other goodies in our outside theater under the stars or just cruise around the grounds.
Saturday morning until afternoon a live DJ will be poolside playing great music to frolic by in the sun. Later that evening starting at 8 pm, we will have our Dance Under The Stars, poolside at the Canyon Club Resort.
Everyone staying at the hotel must purchase one of the two packages offered:
Package A is for your party entry fee only. Meals are not included. The price is $59.00 if purchased before December 31, 2011. If purchased after that date, the price will be $69.00.
Package B includes your party entry fee and meals. The price is $89.00 if purchased before December 31, 2011. If purchased after that date, the price will be $99.00.

In and out privileges to the resort will be until midnight each night. After midnight on Friday & Saturday, if you leave you will not be able to return until the next morning at 9am. The doors will close to the resort at 4pm on Sunday and there will be no in and out privileges unless you know someone staying there.

1 King-size Bed $450.00
1 King-size Bed PLUS $475.00
1 King-size Bed GOLD $540.00
2 Queen-size or Double Beds $475.00.

Our cancellation policy is 45 days! However, if we are able to sell your accommodations to another attendee, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation/credit card fee. NO CANCELLATION/REFUND IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS. |
