Big Bash Palm Springs

Our next event will be held on April 16-18, 2010 and will once again be held at the Canyon Club Hotel. We looked at all the other events that happen in that time frame and selected these dates. This will not conflict with the White Party, the Dinah Shore Weekend or Easter. Check out the website of the hotel at www.canyonclubhotel.com.

Friday night's Welcoming Party will be followed by Movie Night. Settle in with popcorn, candy, and other goodies in our outside theater under the stars.

Saturday afternoon a live DJ will be poolside playing great music to frolic by in the sun. That evening, we're planning on heading off to OASIS (see below right).

Everyone attending must purchase one of the two packages offered:

Package A is for your party entry fee only. Meals are not included. The price is $49.00 if purchased before Jan. 31, 2010. If purchased after that date, the price will be $59.00.

Package B includes your party entry fee and meals. The price is $79.00 if purchased before Jan. 31, 2010. If purchased after that date, the price will be $89.00.

Hotel accommodations are priced as follows:

1 Studio King-size Bed $355.00
1 King-size Bed $435.00
1 King-size Bed PLUS $485.00
1 King-size Bed GOLD $560.00
2 Queen-size or Double Beds $485.00.

Method of Payment: Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card charges will appear as "Big Ad Productions."

Our cancellation policy is 30 days! However, if we are able to sell your accommodations to another attendee, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation/credit card fee.
